Reiki Training is Beneficial for Everyone

No special skill, previous training or ability.

Learning this gentle technique will help you to connect with the Universal Energy that surrounds us at all times.

During your Level I training, you will learn the history of Usui Reiki, the benefits, principles and the basic hand positions for self treatment and treating others.

Class time is scheduled for both giving and receiving a treatment.

Bring your lunch on Saturday.
